سياسة الخصوصية — قيمة أم فقاعة؟

تنطبق هذه السياسة على لعبة «قيمة أم فقاعة؟» (Value or Bubble?) في iPhone وأندرويد.

البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية. لا تطلب اللعبة إنشاء حساب، ولا تحتوي إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات خاصة بنا. أما خدمات Apple وGoogle الاختيارية فموضحة أدناه.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أي جهة، لأننا لا نجمعها أصلًا. أما الشراء عبر App Store وGoogle Play وخدمة Game Center في iPhone فتديرها Apple وGoogle وفق سياسات الخصوصية لديهما.

أين يُحفظ تقدّمك

يُحفظ تقدّمك في اللعبة (المال الافتراضي، والبيوت، والإنجازات، والإعدادات) على جهازك. وفي iPhone، إن كنت مسجّلًا في Game Center، تُحفظ نسخة منه في حسابك على iCloud لتعود إليك إن حذفت اللعبة أو غيّرت جوالك. وفي أندرويد قد يشمله النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي في حساب Google إن كان مفعّلًا في جهازك. هذه النسخ تديرها Apple أو Google في حسابك، ولا تصل إلينا ولا نطّلع عليها.

Game Center وGoogle Play Games

في iPhone تستخدم اللعبة Game Center من Apple لعرض سلم الأثرياء والإنجازات. يظهر اسمك المستعار في Game Center ونقاطك للاعبين الآخرين حسب إعداداتك فيه. التسجيل في Game Center اختياري، واللعبة تعمل كاملة بدونه. لا نجمع بيانات حسابك في Game Center ولا نخزنها.

في أندرويد تستخدم اللعبة Google Play Games لعرض سلم الأثرياء والإنجازات وحفظ تقدّمك في حسابك. يظهر اسمك في Play Games ونقاطك للاعبين الآخرين حسب إعداداتك فيه. التسجيل اختياري، واللعبة تعمل كاملة بدونه. تعالج Google ضمن هذه الخدمة هوية اللاعب وبيانات الاستخدام والتشخيص وفق سياسة الخصوصية لديها، ولا تصل هذه البيانات إلى خادم لنا. يمكنك حذف بياناتك في Play Games من ملفك الشخصي فيها أو من حسابك في Google.

المشتريات داخل التطبيق

تتم المشتريات عبر App Store أو Google Play مباشرة، ولا نطّلع على بيانات الدفع أو الحساب. يمكنك استعادة مشترياتك من الإعدادات داخل اللعبة.

الأمان والاحتفاظ والحذف

لا تصل بيانات لعبك إلى أي خادم لنا، فلا نحتفظ بشيء منها ولا يوجد لدينا ما يُحذف. يبقى تقدّمك في جهازك، ويُحذف بحذف اللعبة أو من «مسيرة جديدة» في الإعدادات. أما النسخ الاحتياطية في iCloud أو حساب Google فتُدار من إعدادات حسابك هناك.

الأطفال

اللعبة مناسبة لجميع الأعمار، ولا نجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

الشركات في اللعبة وهمية والنتائج محاكاة لأغراض تعليمية، وليست توصية استثمارية.

This policy applies to the game “Value or Bubble?” (قيمة أم فقاعة؟) on iPhone and Android.

Data we collect

We do not collect any personal data. The game requires no account, shows no ads, and we use no tracking or analytics of our own. Optional Apple and Google services are explained below.

Sharing data

We share no data with anyone, because we do not collect it. Purchases through the App Store and Google Play, and Game Center on iPhone, are run by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.

Where your progress is stored

Your game progress (virtual money, homes, achievements and settings) is stored on your device. On iPhone, if you are signed in to Game Center, a copy is saved in your iCloud account so it comes back if you delete the game or change phones. On Android, it may be included in your device’s automatic backup to your Google account if that is turned on. These copies are managed by Apple or Google in your account; they never reach us and we cannot see them.

Game Center and Google Play Games

On iPhone, the game uses Apple’s Game Center for the Rich List and achievements. Your Game Center nickname and scores are visible to other players according to your Game Center settings. Signing in to Game Center is optional, and the game works fully without it. We do not collect or store your Game Center account data.

On Android, the game uses Google Play Games for the Rich List, achievements and saving your progress in your account. Your Play Games name and scores are visible to other players according to your Play Games settings. Signing in is optional, and the game works fully without it. As part of this service, Google processes your gamer identity, usage and diagnostic data under its own privacy policy; this data does not reach a server of ours. You can delete your Play Games data from your Play Games profile or your Google account.

In-app purchases

Purchases are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment or account details. You can restore purchases from the in-game settings.

Security, retention and deletion

Your game data never reaches a server of ours, so we keep none of it and have nothing to delete. Your progress stays on your device and is removed when you delete the game or use “New career” in Settings. Backups in iCloud or your Google account are managed from your account settings there.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages, and we collect no data from any user, including children.

Companies in the game are fictional and results are simulated for education. This is not investment advice.
