شروط الاستخدام — قيمة أم فقاعة؟

القبول

باستخدامك لعبة «قيمة أم فقاعة؟» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وعلى اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية لمستخدم Apple (Standard EULA) إن نزّلتها من App Store، أو شروط خدمة Google Play إن نزّلتها من Google Play.

طبيعة اللعبة

اللعبة تعليمية وترفيهية. الشركات والأرقام والأحداث فيها وهمية، والنتائج محاكاة. لا تمثل أي محتوى في اللعبة نصيحة مالية أو توصية استثمارية، ولا تُبنى عليه قرارات استثمار حقيقية.

المال والعناصر الافتراضية

المال والبيوت والأصول والنجوم والنفوذ والسمعة داخل اللعبة افتراضية، ولا قيمة نقدية حقيقية لها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال أو تحويلها خارج اللعبة.

المشتريات داخل التطبيق

تتم المشتريات (النسخة الكاملة وباقات التلميحات) عبر App Store أو Google Play، وتخضع لشروط المتجر وسياسة الاسترداد لديه. النسخة الكاملة شراء واحد يمكن استعادته من الإعدادات بحساب المتجر نفسه الذي اشتريتها به. التلميحات تُستهلك عند استخدامها.

Game Center وiCloud

يتوفر Game Center وحفظ التقدم في iCloud في iPhone فقط، واستخدامهما اختياري ويخضع لشروط Apple. لسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاع هذه الخدمات أو فقدان بيانات بسبب خلل خارج عن اللعبة.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز التلاعب باللعبة أو بنتائج سلم الأثرياء، أو استخدام وسائل غير مشروعة للحصول على مزايا، أو نسخ محتوى اللعبة وصورها لأغراض تجارية.

الملكية

تصميم اللعبة ورسومها ونصوصها ورموزها محفوظة لأصحابها.

إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي». نبذل جهدنا لتعمل جيدًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوها من الأخطاء، ولا نتحمل أي خسارة ناتجة عن استخدام محتواها خارج اللعبة.

التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام اللعبة قبولًا للشروط المحدّثة.

Acceptance

By using “Value or Bubble?” you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) if you downloaded it from the App Store, or to the Google Play Terms of Service if you downloaded it from Google Play.

Nature of the game

The game is educational entertainment. Its companies, numbers and events are fictional and results are simulated. Nothing in the game is financial advice or an investment recommendation, and it should not be used for real investment decisions.

Virtual money and items

Money, homes, assets, stars, influence and reputation in the game are virtual, have no real monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.

In-app purchases

Purchases (the full game and hint packs) are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s terms and refund policy. The full game is a one-time purchase that can be restored from Settings with the same store account you bought it with. Hints are consumed when used.

Game Center and iCloud

Game Center and iCloud saved games are available on iPhone only. Using them is optional and subject to Apple’s terms. We are not responsible for interruptions of these services or for data loss caused by issues outside the game.

Acceptable use

You may not tamper with the game or Rich List results, use illegitimate means to gain advantages, or copy the game’s content and artwork for commercial purposes.

Ownership

The game’s design, artwork, texts and code belong to their owners.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well but do not guarantee it is error-free, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from using its content outside the game.

Changes

We may update these terms when needed; continuing to use the game means you accept the updated terms.
